Representatives from different organisms in the Italian film scene, with participation of ITA (Italian Trade Agency, which will present public policies for the internationalization of the Italy System) will provide information about co-production possibilities, facilities and financial support to produce in Italy.

Giuseppe Manzo, Italian Embassador

Giuseppe Manzo is Ambassador of Italy in Buenos Aires since February 12, 2018. Class 1967, Neapolitan, before Buenos Aires was Ambassador of Italy in Serbia, from 2013 to 2018. He is the author of articles and essays on the role of the media in the fight against terrorism, about UN communications and about the system Inter-American Guardianship and Promotion of Human Rights. He was also a teacher in the Master of International Communication of the IULM University of Milan.

Luigi D’aprea, Director, ITA Buenos Aires

Graduated in International Commerce, qualified to teach Law and Economics, between 1996 and 2000 he worked for the company Klingenberg Srl – Ships Agent & Broker Srl of Naples (logistics, maritime services, cruise tourism and international trade) and specialized as a “maritime agent”. Appointed official of the Institute of Foreign Trade, in 2000 he began working in the administrative and financial area of ​​the headquarters of Rome. Since January 2005, he is head of the Financial and Institutional Relations Department of the ICE office in Moscow, responsible for Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Georgia and Turkmenistan, which organizes the promotion of Made in Italy and missions to political guidance. Between 2010 and 2013 he worked in the Promotion Department of the ICE Industrial Collaboration Office for the areas of Russia, Eastern Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. In July 2013 he was appointed Director of the ICE office in Baku (Azerbaijan) with territorial jurisdiction also in Georgia. Since March 2017 he is Director of the ICE office in Buenos Aires, territorially responsible for Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.

Maria Giuseppina Troccoli, Head of Film and Audiovisual Department – DG Cinema e Audiovisivo Mibact

Maria Giuseppina Troccoli has been heading the Cinema and Audiovisual Department of the Italian Ministry of Culture for fourteen years, recently she has carried out all the activities related to the implementation of the new state aid supports, provided by Law number 220/2016 “Cinema and Audiovisual Discipline”, namely: selective schemes for production of film and audiovisual works, fiscal incentives, distribution and exhibitions.

Chiara Sbarigia, Director General APA

Chiara Sbarigia works in the audiovisual sector since 1994, she manages APA institutional affairs, relations with broadcasters and regulatory authorities. She oversees the Association’s activities in regard to audiovisual legislation, financial statements and copyright sharing. Chiara coordinates APA International promotion policies, she is the operational Director of MIA Market|International Audiovisual Market and a member of CEPI (European Coordination of Independent Producers).

Alessandro Borrelli, VP CNA Cinema e Audivisivo

Alessandro Borrelli is a film producer with 15 years of experience based in Turin and Rome (Italy). He began working in the audiovisual field in the ‘90s as a screenwriter and director. In 2004, he founded La Sarraz Pictures srl, an Italian film company based in Turin and Rome. In December 2018, he was nominated as representative of the Piedmont region and Vice-President at national level for CNA Cinema and Audiovisual.

Luciano Sovena, President of Roma Lazio Film Commission, is a lawyer specialized in Entertainment, Communication and Copyright Law.

Simonetta Dellomonaco, President Apulia Film Commission

Simonetta Dellomonaco is the president of the Apulia Film Commission Foundation. The Film Commission was set up in 2007 to attract productions to film in the region through the provision of funding for productions shooting in Apulia. AFC’s special projects include Apulia CineFestival Network and Apulia Film Forum, the main event in the sector. The aim of the Forum is to foster the encounter and collaboration between professionals in the audiovisual sector by developing good synergies for film co-production projects to be realized in Apulia.

Moderator: Roberto Stabile – Head of International Department ANICA an Coordinator Audiovisual Desk ITA

Roberto Stabile is the Head of International Relations of ANICA (Italian Film Audiovisual And Multimedia Industries Association), and in ITA (Italian Trade Agency) he represents the Audiovisual Industries and coordinates the Audiovisual Desks around the world. Member of a number of international Committees, he has improved relationships with international Institutions giving a significant boost to the international activities of the Association.
