Authorities from the Conference of Ibero-American Cinematographic Authorities and from the Ibermedia program will lay out the normative changes framing co-production in Ibero America, together with representatives from the Ibero-American Federation of Cinematographic and Audiovisual Producers.

Pierre Emile Vandoorne Romero, Secretario Ejecutivo CAACI

He is Executive Secretary of the CAACI and Director of Audiovisual, Phonography and New Media (DAFO) at the Peruvian Ministry of Culture. Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Film Studies with a Master’s Degree in Hispanic American Literature, Vandoorne is a university professor, audiovisual specialist and book editor and, since 2010, he has been public manager at the Peruvian Ministry of Culture, first as coordinator of the Reading promotion department and, a year later, as the director of DAFO.

Beatriz Navas, President, Programa Ibermedia

Director of ICAA (Institute of Cinematography and Audiovisual Arts) and President of the Ibermedia program. She is an audiovisual programmer and researcher and she has a PhD in Audiovisual Communication from the Complutense University of Madrid with a thesis on German filmmaker Werner Herzog. She has worked at La Casa Encendida since its opening in 2002 until 2017. She also writes about cinema and she is co-founder of Plat, the online platform for avant-garde independent cinema.

Ignacio Rey, Vicepresident, FIPCA

Vice-President of FIPCA and Vice-President of the Presidential council for the Platino Awards (FIPCA-EGEDA) and member of the INCAA’s Advisory Board. President of the Association of Independent Producers of Audiovisual Media (APIMA) between 2010 and 2014. Producer of more than 30 films, among them the recently premiered “No soy tu mami”, “Infierno Grande”, “Neruda”, “La Princesita”, “Días de Vinilo”, “Refugiado, “El hilo rojo”, “Pinamar”, “La memoria del agua”, “Mi amiga del parque” and “Solo”.
