The main objective is to promote the talent of creators from the region and facilitate the achievement of production agreements.
Market For Unproduced Feature Film Scripts
The market presents a selection of unproduced feature film scripts. These scripts have been developed through prestigious laboratories, official cultural organizations and/or film institutes from Latin America. The market is co-organized by Argentores (Sociedad General de Autores de la Argentina) and SADA (Sindicato Argentino de Autoras y Autores).
In 2023, in alliance with the MAFIZ-Málaga Festival, we are adding a selection of Andalusian scripts in order to develop a stronger and more solid Ibero-American cinematography in the international market. This alliance is sponsored by Consejería de Cultura, Turismo y Deporte de la Junta de Andalucía and the collaboration of Academia de Cine de Andalucía.

SHOOT THE BOOK! @VS
The SHOOT THE BOOK! program, an initiative of SCELF (Civil Society of French Language Publishers), with the support of the French Institute, the French Embassy in Argentina and the Directorate for Cultural Affairs of the Argentine Foreign Ministry.
Organized at the Marché du Film – Cannes Film Festival for the past 10 years, Shoot the Book! offers a market space for both publishers and producers to promote literary adaptation to different audiovisual formats.
With the presence of a delegation of French and Spanish-American publishers, the Shoot the Book! VS activities will include pitching sessions and BtoB meetings.
