Ventana Sur is Latin America’s leading market for audiovisual content, organized in partnership with the Cannes Film Festival’s Marché du Film, the Uruguayan Film and Audiovisual Agency (ACAU), and Argentina’s National Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual Arts (INCAA). This year, for the second time, Ventana Sur will be held in Montevideo, Uruguay. Ventana Sur promotes Latin American content across all formats and genres, offering a wide range of business and promotional opportunities unique to the region. Through its various sections dedicated to Latin American projects, as well as activities including conferences, workshops, events, and screenings, Ventana Sur is the premier gathering for the Latin American audiovisual industry.
Ventana Sur in Uruguay
The 18th edition of Ventana Sur Río de la Plata will take place in Montevideo from November 30 to December 4, 2026. Leading Latin American audiovisual industry players and projects will come together for a renewed edition of the market.
